What makes this different from a personality quiz
A personality quiz sorts you into one of sixteen boxes and tells you which fictional character you are. It feels good for about ninety seconds and it has never once changed what anyone did on a Tuesday.
These are built the other way round. Each assessment measures a handful of specific behaviours — how directly you state a want, how fast you come back after a rupture, what you absorb rather than say — and reports where you land on each one. The result is not a type. It is a set of positions on labelled scales, plus the sequence that connects them, which is the part that actually tells you where to push.
Scoring is deterministic and happens on our servers, so the same answers always produce the same numbers. That matters more than it sounds: it is what makes it meaningful to retake an assessment in three months and compare, and it is why nothing here is generated by guesswork.
None of it is clinical. There is no diagnosis, no severity rating, and no claim about anyone other than you. If you want an assessment of a condition, that is a licensed professional and a real interview, not a website.

Are these assessments free?
Starting one is free and the finding at the end is free — your pattern named, and your position on each dial. The full profile, with the situations that trigger the pattern, spoken scripts and a fortnight plan, is an optional one-time unlock. There is no subscription and no free trial to cancel.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no password to set and no sign-up before you start. Your answers are held against an anonymous session, and you only give an email address if you want your result sent to you.
How long does an assessment take?
About four minutes. Each one is a short set of scored items plus a few context questions answered in your own words, which is what makes the report specific rather than generic.
Is this a psychological or clinical test?
No. These are structured self-assessments that report trait and pattern language. They do not diagnose conditions, they do not rate severity, and they are not a substitute for speaking to a licensed professional. If something in your life is frightening you, please talk to someone qualified.
How accurate is it?
It is exactly as accurate as your answers. Every item is self-report, so the instrument can only read what you tell it — which is why the questions are written to be specific and slightly uncomfortable rather than easy to answer flatteringly. Scoring is deterministic, so the same answers always give the same result.
