Support
One address, read by a person. Most of what goes wrong is on this page already, and the answer is usually faster than we are — so it is worth a look before you write.
Write to us
Replies usually go out within one business day. If you have written twice and heard nothing, check your spam folder before assuming we have ignored you — our reply lands from the same domain as the profile email, and that is the one filters like least.
What to tell us
- The email address you used. There are no accounts here, so this is how we find your order.
- Roughly when you took the assessment — the day is enough.
- The link to your result, if you still have it.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Common problems
I paid and my profile has not arrived
Most profiles are ready in under fifteen seconds, but a slow one is written in the background and emailed to you when it is done, so you do not have to keep the page open. If nothing has arrived after ten minutes, check the spam folder for a message titled "Your full profile is ready", then write to us with the email address you paid with. Do not pay again — we will not charge you twice for the same assessment, and a second payment makes the order harder to trace, not easier.
I have lost the link to my profile
Ask for a new one with the same email address you used at the time and we will send a fresh link. Links work on any device and stay live for ninety days from purchase. There is no account and no password to recover, so the email address is the only thing you need to remember.
I was charged but I am not sure the payment went through
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe and the charge shows on your statement as HUMANNATURE. If your statement shows the charge but no profile has reached you, send us the email address you used and the date. If you see two charges for one assessment, tell us — that is not something we expect and we will look at it the same day.
I entered the wrong email address
Write to us from the address you actually want it sent to and tell us what you typed by mistake, as closely as you can remember. We will move the profile across. This is common enough that it is not a nuisance.
Can you delete my answers?
Yes. Email us from the address you used and ask, and we will remove your answers and your result. Payment records are the one exception: tax law requires us to keep those, and Stripe holds them regardless of what we do. If you have not given an email address at any point, there is nothing tied to you to delete — answers are held against an anonymous session, not a person.
Something in my profile does not sound like me
That is worth telling us, and it is worth trusting yourself about. Every item is self-report on a short instrument, which means the reading can only be as good as a dozen questions allow, and a dozen questions do not get to overrule the person who lived it. Tell us which section missed and we will read the answers behind it.
Do you offer this for teams, therapists or research?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than improvise something. These are structured self-assessments written for one person reading about themselves, not screening instruments, and they should not be used to make decisions about anyone else. If you have a use in mind, write to us and describe it.
If you need more than support
This is a structured self-assessment, not a clinical or diagnostic tool, and we are not the right channel for a crisis. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.
